We are looking for the waste industry Stuttgart (AWS) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The AWS employs approx. 1,000 employees in the Stöckach headquarters and at various locations in the city area. Our main tasks include collecting and conveying waste, road cleaning, winter service and urban fleet management with its own workshop. We also operate a mineral landfill and several valuables.

The property management is responsible for the constructional entertainment and technical operation of the AWS headquarters in Heinrich Baumann-Straße as well as other properties and various rental properties.

A job that enthuses you

• They represent the property manager and are responsible for ensuring the management of buildings and land
• They coordinate ongoing construction maintenance measures and plan the rehabilitation measures
• You are contact person for building users, tenants and landlords
• You are responsible for the execution of object visits for the perception of traffic security obligations and security visits
• Your area of responsibility includes the completion of maintenance and service contracts, the management of relevant overviews and the monitoring of maintenance and testing intervals
• You are responsible for the organisation of building and surface cleaning including the winter service

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Your profile that suits us

• completed university studies in facility management, real estate management, utility technology or comparable qualification (requires state recognition for foreign degrees)
• long-term leadership experience desirable
• Sensed handling of MS Office programs
