Implementation and development of effective and powerful quality control in production processes Ensuring the implementation of quality controls and laboratory work in accordance with legal, internal or Customer requirements as well as compilation of evaluations and statistics including verification of documentation Approval of end products and assessment of restricted products in accordance with internally established guidelines Processing of customer complaints and communication with the customer service Active cooperation and design in the HACCP team Preparation and participation in internal and external audits as well as the assurance and verification of the traceability system Contact person for internal and external intersections, such as the Veterinary Office and the Pest Fighter Representation of QA Manager in absence

Completed studies preferably in food technology, ecotrophology or the like Vocational experience in quality assurance in food establishments Ideally, first experience in the field of personnel management Good English (at least B1) and safe German (at least B2 / C1) High problem solving skills and hands-on mentality Comprehensive PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP etc.) Communication strength and accuracy in the implementation of quality requirements
