You are responsible for the project controlling and keeps costs, appointments and quality in mind at any time. You coordinate cooperation with builders, entrepreneurs, authorities and other project participants and ensure smooth project execution. You take the technical clarification and the award of post-contractor services and tax their use in the project. You coordinate the billing of construction services and ensure a transparent and structured project execution. You regularly report on the progress of the project and work closely with the management and the internal project team.

You have a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or economic engineering. Alternatively, you have a comparable technical qualification, for example as a technician with a corresponding professional experience. Ideally, you bring experience in the management of construction projects, preferably in industrial key construction. You work independently, structured and keep an overview of costs, dates, quality and processes even in complex projects. You have negotiating skills and are able to conduct discussions with builders, entrepreneurs and other project participants in a targeted manner. You are convinced by a sense of responsibility, teamwork and clear and binding communication. You bring willingness to occasional missions.
