Machine operation: Modern CNC lathes and milling machines (e.g. DMG Mori, Mazak, Heller) you set up, service them and monitor the ongoing operation Tool management: To do this, you select the appropriate tools, miss them precisely and carry out tool change independently Precision work: Reading and error-free implementation of technical drawings, production plans and tight tolerance specifications is your everyday life Quality assurance: You ensure the quality of the components by measuring controls with sliders, micrometers and modern 3D measuring systems Process optimization: Processing parameters are adapted to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, component quality and tool life

You'll convince us Qualification: You can demonstrate a completed training as a machining mechanic, precision mechanics or comparable Experience: Finded practical experience in CNC machining (turning or milling) you bring Knowledge: Good knowledge of common CNC controls (such as Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc) are a big plus Flexibility: Work in the 3-shift model, also on weekends fits well into your life Soft Skills: You work reliably as well as team-oriented and have German knowledge on at least B1 level
