Contact person for the customer and tenant Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Ensure operability and safe operation of supervised facilities and buildings Ready to call to maintain security of supply Creating documents and reports to demonstrate the general activities in the context of the object service in accordance with contractual content, e.g. fault log, operating diary, defect list, damage report Co-ordinating and monitoring of after-contracting services including on-the-spot care and acceptance of services

Technical training, e.g. as plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronics refrigeration / central heating manufacturer / ventilation builder / gas-water installer or comparable qualification Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course Ideally with first professional experience, but also professional participants with training ambitions are welcome! German knowledge B2 level necessary & driving class B
