The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). An adjustment is made in the pay group 12 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. The employment relationship is limited for 5 years. Until the fulfilment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping according to the pay group 11 TVöD is possible. After that, a height-growth is automatically grouped according to pay group 12 TVöD Bund. Restricted employees must have successfully passed and completed the waiting period according to § 1 Dismissal Law of six months in the BBR. The structured selection process is expected to take place in the 47th and 48th calendar week.
