You are responsible independently, together with a colleague, for social planning in the field of search assistance Your tasks include the further development of the social infrastructure of the outpatient search aids of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart according to the technical principles of demand and participation orientation, participation, cross-action cooperation and social space orientation as well as the current state of the specialist discussion For this purpose, you collect needs, design negotiation processes with carriers of welfare and develop new needs-oriented projects and offers in the field of addiction assistance and their central interfaces (including social psychiatry, housing emergency and youth assistance) In addition, you will develop the conception of a type of service to the structure of the day on the basis of the framework contract Baden-Württemberg according to § 67 SGB XII in conjunction with § 68 III SGB XII and 79 para. 1 SGB XII, accompany its implementation and plan new offers You lead local specialised bodies as well as working groups and participate in specialist regional bodies The creation of municipal council printed matter, technical opinions and the answer to press requests on the subject of search assistance are also part of your tasks You will also work on the department's cross-sectional tasks, including participation, social space orientation, quarter development and prevention of poverty A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed degree (Master or Diploma) in social sciences or a comparable degree with technical references to social planning or search aid Experience in the fields of action of social planning, in particular in connection with search assistance Very good communication and cooperation capability as well as a special strength in coordination and networking with a variety of actors Very good written expressability in German language and the ability to analytical thinking Self-responsible and cooperative working style with a strong desire to shape social issues
