Create Connections. Support Customers. Enable Success. Creation and tracking of offers in close cooperation with Cost Engineering and Sales Active support and further development of existing customer relationships through personal visits, virtual meetings and telephone exchanges as well as CRM-based activities Support in attracting new customers and identifying additional business potentials for existing customers Control and tracking of customer requests and projects up to successful implementation Coordination of all sales-relevant activities with internal departments and production sites to ensure timely customer support Support for contracts, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), supplier reviews and other sales-relevant processes Care and development of customer, sales and project data in CRM and ERP systems Participation in customer and project meetings as well as close cooperation with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction Analysis of sales figures as well as creation of meaningful reports Back-Up Support of Sales and Account Managers in absence and continuous customer support

Professional qualifications Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in sales, sales service or account management Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You convince by
