Project Manager Energy and Building Technology (mwd)

As project manager for energy and building technology, you are responsible for the independent planning, coordination and project management of construction and reconstruction measures in the field of TGA in the field of electrical engineering, energy and building technology, as well as of re- and expansion buildings. In the project management, you are responsible for the planning, tendering, awarding and construction management as well as the coordination of the service providers and focus on compliance with the statutory requirements and guidelines. You monitor the parameters of time, costs and quality of the construction measures in the contractor's representation and are responsible for controlling the construction design up to acceptance and possible defect tracking.
