You are a central contact person for all People & Culture topics and work closely with management, stream owners and executives. You develop and implement people & culture strategies, recruiting, onboarding, talent management and binding measures to match the corporate strategy. Change projects accompany you, promote an agile culture and support teams in transformation processes. Changes are consistent and practical. HR metrics you collect and analyze, take action and report regularly to the leadership team. Your reports create transparency and action. Compliance, labour law and value transfer are at your heart – focusing on diversity, inclusion and employee experience. Legal processes and an inclusive working environment are at your heart. Collaboration with external partners (Payroll, Coaches, Advisers, Lawyers) coordinates and integrates HR standards into value flows. You ensure that external expertise is seamlessly integrated.

Completed studies in the field of human resources management, as an alternative to psychology, social sciences, economics or comparable with corresponding experience in the operational HR work. Multiannual experience in HR/People & Culture, ideally in agile organizations or tech companies. Knowledge in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, labour and social security. Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, empathy and coaching skills. Analytical thinking, structured working and change management competence. Very good knowledge of German and English.
