You advise and support our external service executives on all issues related to talent management, learning & development, performance management and strategic personnel planning You are involved in projects for the optimization and further development of our HR topics in order to promote the performance, development, succession planning and binding of employees. You are the first contact person (m/w/d) of the executives and promote the organisational and personnel development of their teams You initiate personnel development measures for executives and take on the moderation of workshops as part of the training of our executives You take responsibility in personal and labour law issues and develop suitable solutions You control the annual HR cycle for your care area, according to our company's personal strategy

You have a successfully completed university degree or comparable training You have several years of professional experience in the role of HR Business Partner:in or have already gained extensive experience in other HR areas You are ready to actively engage in your themes and represent them at all levels of leadership You bring good knowledge in individual and collective labour law You work proactively and independently, your solution orientation and implementation strength give you the necessary ability to act You have fun in designing and managing workshops and other personnel development measures
