Processing of criminal investigation orders and compiling scientifically justified investigation reports as a basis for the evaluation of the task area Analysis of AI-generated /manipulated audio signals Compilation of scientifically justified opinions and their representation in court Conception and implementation of research and development work (R & D) including further development and optimization of criminal investigation methods in coordination with the department management or Project management Representation of the interests of German criminal technology at national and international level Teaching and lecture activities The willingness to design flexible working hours is assumed for the following reasons: Business trips in the context of case-handling and R & D activities. d. Graduate, master or similar in a STEM field (e.g. mathematics, computer science, multimedia forensics or comparable) with the focus (generative) AI and audio analysis. Ready to submit a DNA sample (for more information under “knowledge value”). Ready to process investigation material with potentially disturbing or traumatic contents. On top You have well-founded knowledge in the field of audio signal processing as well as knowledge and practical experience on the subject of production, detection and analysis using AI-generated or manipulated audio data. You have an affinity for information and communication technology as well as a high degree of readiness to perform. You have strong communicative abilities and are able to explain professional content to professionals. Good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you. Very good oral and written expression in English (GER-Level B2) You have a very good oral and written expression, have good cognitive and organizational skills, are resilient and independent and flexible in the task.
