Sausage production: They produce raw, cooked and brewed sausages and are responsible, among other things, for feeding, filling, smoking and cooking

Meat production: They are responsible for the production of meat products, including cutting you meat pieces according to your specifications

Quality controls: You take over the selection and evaluation of processing materials and precious parts

Security: They comply with food regulations and hygiene regulations

Training: Ideally you bring a completed training to the Fleischer / Metzger / Koch or corresponding work experience with
