You take care of the technical interface to the leasing team with regard to pre-contractual enquiries, technical interface clarification and cost forecasts. You are also central to all technical matters in the buying processes of the investor for further shopping centers.
The foundation is a study of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering or equivalent training. You have several years of profound professional experience in the real estate industry. In the planning and management of demanding construction projects, you were responsible for the successful planning and realization over all phases. You bring motivation to learn new things and you want to develop yourself in a dynamic environment. In addition to flowing German and good English in word and writing, you convince us with your pronounced communication skills, a high service orientation and a strong enforcement and decision-making capability. You bring willingness for occasional trips.
