With your in-depth understanding of investment processes, asset classes and accounting, you support our customers in mapping, consolidating and evaluating complex assets on our platform. You advise on technical and process questions, analyze individual requirements and ensure that our solution is optimally configured and used to meet the needs of the customers. Head of onboarding projects for new customers:inside with clear responsibility for scope, budget, quality and deadlines central contact person for stakeholders with different technical backgrounds (investment management, controlling, accounting, IT, etc.) Support and support for the customers throughout the entire duration, from the requirement analysis to testing and go-live to the stabilization phase systematic collection, structuring and documentation of technical requirements (requirements engineering): master data, investment universe, investment processes and reporting Translation of individual customer needs into clearly prioritized, implementable requirements and processally clean solutions incl. successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Financial Mathematics (or comparable multiannual professional experience in the financial sector) practical experience in asset management, family office environment, consulting or banking - ideally related to portfolio management systems experience in the independent management and management of projects, preferably in the context of system implementations, migrations or process digitalisation in the financial sector; a project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) or agile experience is advantageous sound understanding of the investment process (e.g. investment decisions, transaction processing, evaluation, performance measurement) and the common investment universe (shares, bonds, funds, structured products, alternative investments, etc.) deepened understanding of accounting (in particular bookkeeping, valuation logics, financial statements) and knowledge of the Swiss financial market and relevant regulation (e.g. FIDLEG/FINIG) Affinity for new technologies and safe handling of MS Office (in Excel) pronounced analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented thinking very good organizational ability, fast understanding and self-responsibility Ability to coordinate multiple customer projects in parallel knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other national languages are advantageous
