For our Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH in Stein near Nuremberg we are now looking for a Specialist Disposition & Order Management (all gender).

Task contents

• Processing of customer requests and monitoring of quantity and timely delivery
• Coordination of delivery readiness with distribution
• Coordination of project-related customer orders
• Allocation of bottlenecks and the abandonment of measures in supply difficulties in coordination with production and marketing
• Operational securing of goods availability e.g. for e-commerce and pre-series products
• Self-employed disposition/order processing
• of raw materials to ensure the availability of goods for production and assembly
• of commercial goods
• services awarded externally to wage service providers
• the entire ordering process from demand determination to invoice control with SAP
• Stock control, inventory monitoring and time tracking of the disposed products
• Monitoring and correction of MRP parameters and article master data

Requirements profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in MRP
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3 (MM / material management) and MS-Office
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Embossed understanding of sales and logistics processes
• Contact strength and negotiation skills
• Independent and systematic work as well as service-oriented thinking
