Project and Service Manager Atlassian (m/f/d)

You plan, tax and realise IT-related projects as well as transitions and migrations and accompany them from idea to successful implementation. Together with service providers and specialist departments, you are guided by the administration and maintenance of the systems used for a stable and efficient operation. The Atlassian products Jira and Confluence as well as other applications like XRay continue to develop and keep an eye on internal and legal requirements. You optimierst workflows, automations and reporting, analyze the usage behavior and evaluate new functionalities for continuous improvement. In addition, you are responsible for change, release and request management and develop governance, role and authorization concepts. With your advice, you support the areas of expertise in the introduction, use and standardization of products and processes and actively promote best practices.

You have successfully completed a degree with at least bachelor's degree in the fields of Business Informatics, Business Administration or Computer Science / Information Technology or have a comparable qualification with a similar focus. You have knowledge and practical experience in the administration and development of Jira, Confluence and XRay or comparable applications. You can learn about project and process management as well as ideally experience in IT service management according to ITIL and transition management. You take up requirements in a structured manner, prepare data to be addressed and derive meaningful optimization and improvement potential. Very good German and good English skills are combined with pronounced communication and moderation capabilities as well as a secure and binding appearance towards different stakeholders. An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you as well as self-initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, enforcement and decision-making. You'll also bring a class B driver's license.
