Care and management of our participation management Updating and maintaining company law overviews, organigrams and reporting lists Management, storage and archiving of legal documents Preparation of company decisions, authorisations and other company law documents Support for Transparency Register Entry and Corporate Reports Coordination of notary appointments and organisation of signature processes Auditing and forwarding of invoices Support of the company law team in operational daily business Takeover of general administrative and organisational tasks

(m/w/d), notary staff:r (m/w/d), legal or notary staff:in (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Alternatively, a commercial training with relevant professional experience in corporate law or corporate governance environment Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in an emergency room, a law firm or the legal department of an enterprise Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, careful and reliable operation Organisational skills, initiative and joy in team collaboration
