Discipline and professional leadership, management, organisation and development of the team Responsibility for the creation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, in close coordination with controlling and main accounting Central contact person for SAP accounting when voting accounts for the financial statements and for the annual auditor Responsibility for the organisation of workflows and business processes and for the creation of work descriptions Daily coordination of main and secondary accounting and clarification of possible differences Responsibility for the timely creation of client billing as well as their payment and shipping Continuous process optimization and permanent investigation of potential improvement Further development of the debt collection software in accounting processes: recording and designing the technical requirements, planning and implementation of the test phase, answering questions of the software developer and professional production release

Completed economic studies or comparable degree course with a focus on financial and/or accounting or commercial vocational training Multiannual professional experience with studies or many years of professional experience without studying in accounting, ideally completing as account holder Expertise regarding HGB and know-how in the creation of financial statements Multiannual leadership experience, experience in change processes and first project experience Secure handling of SAP FI/CO and MS Office products Good German skills (level C1) and good English skills Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills and structuring Individual initiative and flexibility
