IT Application Supervisor for Image Data Systems (m/f/d)

Our Information Technology division operates one of the most modern clinical IT environments in Europe. With our digital patient file, we ensure that the necessary data and functions are available wherever You are needed for the safe supply of our patients. You can actively shape the consistent expansion and further development of IT in the UKE. In the “Medical Specialist Systems and Diagnostics” department, we provide a variety of different IT systems for patient use. This makes us an important contribution to world-renowned high-performance medicine. In the team for image data systems we want to be even better together with you! Your tasks You take care of the administration and customizing of IT systems, ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, analysing and correcting errors and also perform training through You develop function and acceptance tests and ensure the perfect functioning of the applications You advise the specialist departments, analyze their requirements, develop suitable solutions and ensure the planned and coordinated implementation You plan and coordinate updates and ensure their safe implementation You coordinate external service providers and guide projects and subprojects You’re thinking of a constantly up-to-date documentation of your systems You participate in the readiness for critical IT applications in the UKE The activity with us takes you occasionally in medical areas of the clinic, in which then the wear of mouth-nut protection, surgical wear and/or functional clothing is mandatory and exceptions are not possible.

You have successfully completed an IT-related training or an IT-related study, or you can demonstrate similar skills and experiences from multiannual activity in a corresponding position You have already gained experience in information technology for several years You have knowledge of data protection and data security as well as IT networks Ideally, you have experience in supporting clinical IT systems, especially in the context of medical imaging systems The first practical experience in the (partial) project management in the context of cross-departmental IT projects is of advantage You love challenges: find complex relationships in technical and organizational structures You're exciting You think responsibly and service-conscious, ideally you are already certified according to ITIL® v3 or v4 Experiences in the context of medical imaging systems and with typical healthcar data formats such as HL7, xDT, DICOM are of advantage Your knowledge of the German language is at least at the level C1 of the European reference framework.
