The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Project management in all tasks of the implementation of construction projects for the creation of housing space (reconstruction, reconstruction and extension measures) Calls for tenders and awards for planning, engineering and construction services, including production of performance descriptions EC countries, economic and social cohesion Preparing, carrying out and reviewing economic analyses according to BHO Support of construction planning procedures Creation of applications for the issue of building documents Control and technical monitoring of the third parties involved in the project (internal and external) Technical project controlling, monitoring of the approval process and participation in obtaining building permits Refund management Monitoring/monitoring of the construction process including acceptances as well as deficiencies and documentation management

Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Bachelor/ Diplom-Ing. [FH]) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, construction management or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 Competences: Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of new, remodelling or extension measures, including experience in the planning, awarding and implementation and control of construction projects desirable Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legal and administrative provisions and standards (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VOF, VHB, VgV, BauO NRW, BauNVO, DIN) are advantageous Knowledge of the requirement for sustainable construction and the GEG desirable Enhanced user knowledge in the field of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) and specialist applications (CAD, iTWO, BKI) Basic knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflows Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make (small) decisions and take responsibility Class B driving licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles readiness to part-time multi-day missions
