Management of Facility Management in Hamburg Coordination and monitoring of infrastructural and technical facilities/building in compliance with standards, guidelines and regulations Care, care and further development of the CAFM system Support in the planning and implementation of all Facility Management measures Monitoring and control of external services in infrastructure & technical building management Contract management, testing of lease contracts and maintenance of inventory data Management and testing of maintenance and service contracts Implementation, documentation and processing of maintenance measures, modernisation measures and deficiencies Support in the organisation of all re-, re- and new construction measures Participation in the procurement process (order and order monitoring) Contact persons in (construction) technical matters for all locations Audit and clearance Implementation of regular site visits Participation in the cost tracking of investment budgets Communication with contractors, property owners and authorities Warranty tracking

Successfully completed technical training or completed studies in the field of facility management, supply technology or comparable training Professional and leadership experience in facility management desirable Knowledge of energy management ISO 50.001 and environmental management ISO 14.001 are desirable Relevant professional experience in this area Embossed concept of services Secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and CAFM systems Quick conception, flexibility and high readiness You are characterized by your teamability and reliability Conflictability and pronounced solution orientation Communication and enthusiasm, safe occurrence and enforcement Self-employed and flexible working methods, binding and customer-oriented appearance driving licence class B
