Head of Primary Technology Supply Systems Operations (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a head of primary technology (m/w/d)* for our Bad Segeberg or Rendsburg site at the next time.

You guide the organization unit ''Supply Systems Primary Technology'' and bear the disciplinary responsibility for the employees. You are responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting as well as the proper implementation of the standby service. You act as project manager for construction projects including budget control. You are a technical contact for the municipalities and you are intensively involved in municipal topics. You are responsible for the compliance and compliance of laws and regulations. You develop an investment and maintenance strategy in cooperation with other organizational units. You create a culture of work and environmental protection in the team (Caring Culture). You take part in the standby service.

You have a completed (technical) degree (electrotechnics, engineering) with several years of professional experience. You're already bringing first leadership experience, giving your team an inspiring vision and modeling our values. You have knowledge of business business operations. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you.
