Your future work area Modern IT infrastructures, global financial and controlling projects, or smart HR processes are thrilling you? The Melitta Business Service Center, headquartered in Minden and other locations in Bremen and Brodnica, is the backbone of the Melitta Group. The administrative and technical services are bundled here. In the areas of expertise such as Global IT, HR Services and Finance & Controlling, our experts work to ensure efficient services and continuously develop them. Be part of a team that sets group-wide standards in digitization and advanced processes in the Melitta Group. Analyze, document and optimize business processes in different areas, and help to digitize workflows, for example through new software or digital tools

You get insights into economic relationships and learn what you need to pay attention to in order to make digital solutions useful and efficient

As an interface between IT and specialist areas, you will take requirements, accompany their implementation and support in the introduction of new applications

Start process documentation, FAQs and training documents and help employees use the software and digital tools

You have completed the school well with the Fachoberreife or a comparable school degree

Good grades in mathematics, German and English help you analyze data and processes as well as communicate with different contact persons

In addition to your interest in IT and digital trends, you also have a good understanding of economic relationships and find it exciting workflows to optimize

You work structured, responsibly and reliably and have fun developing solutions together with colleagues from different disciplines
