Professional leadership of an object team and ensuring motivating cooperation Ensuring the technically perfect operation of the supervised buildings and installations Planning, coordination and control of repair work, rebuilding measures and modernisation projects – with employees and external service providers Performance and quality control in rebuilding and maintenance Competent contact person for customers and ensuring partnership cooperation

Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer or plant mechanic, ideally with further training as a master, state-tested technician or specialist facility management – alternatively a completed study in electrical engineering, utility technology, technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in technical building management or facility management Designed leadership and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented and structured manner commitment, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility Good MS Office knowledge and German knowledge on at least C1 level
