Lawyer - Insolvency proceedings / Expert opinions / Communication (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management and settlement of insolvency proceedings and tax all process steps supported by the industry software winsolvenz. You analyze complex economic circumstances and draw up sound reports and reports on this basis as a basis for deciding on the insolvency court. As a central contact person, you conduct the entire correspondence with courts, creditors, debtors and other parties to the proceedings. You secure and use the insolvency mass by planning and implementing divestments to achieve the best possible rate for creditors. You examine and prosecute insolvency claims and consistently enforce them both out of court and court.

You have successfully completed your studies in law with the Second Legal State Exam. Ideally, you already bring first practical experience from an insolvency administrator's office or a comparable environment. You have a strong interest in economic relationships and the ability to quickly analyze complex facts. Your strength of communication and your binding appearance are characteristic in dealing with all parties involved. Language and written language skills are of course for you.
