You are the first contact partner (m/w/d) for our customers in all claims and therefore serve as a problem solver for our customers who depend on your effective solution strategies You process any damages from boats and organize the entire process You conduct independent analyses of the damages You work closely with our national and international partners You communicate regularly (written and telephone) with our national and international customers, experts, shipyards and insurers and advise our exclusive, narrow and long-term clients

You have a completed training in the field of insurance and finance or a comparable qualification, alternatively you have a technical training or professional experience in the maritime environment and brings a good understanding of technical relationships around yachts with You have very good knowledge of German and English as well as, depending on the field of application, additional knowledge of French in word and writing. In addition, you bring safe MS Office skills You work structured, solution-oriented and communicate openly in the team as with customers.
