The position combines creativity with technical know-how and intensive customer consulting - from the first idea to the implementation. As a construction company, the company specialises in the high-quality new building, expansion or remodeling of doctor's practices and accompanies customers from the healthcare sector holistically from need analysis, planning and turnkey implementation. The focus is always on the question: How can function, aesthetics and efficiency be optimally combined? And at the very beginning of this trip we need you as a specialist planner*In. Planning and design of individual practice rooms including technical and functional requirements Creation of dimensions and 3D visualizations for customer presentation and coordination Implementation of feasibility tests in compliance with standards, hygiene guidelines and fire protection requirements Advising and accompanying the client: from the idea to the implementation with a view to aesthetics and function Close coordination with construction management, craft businesses and project participants Department of Foreign Affairs (Region Bremen, Niedersachsen, Hamburg)

Completed training or study in the field of interior design, carpentry, production management, technology, construction/project management or comparable Experience in spatial planning or practical planning or high willingness to work into this area Sovereign appearance, ownership and structured working Technical understanding and creative feeling Knowledge of relevant regulations (hygiene, standards, fire protection) No bareness to figures, e.g. for costing, planning or investment volumes Joy in direct customer contact, readiness to travel in the region
