Technical project management and consulting for technical CapEx investments Support local development and CapEx strategies with focus on permits, compliance and costs Technical project management for all regional Mileway sets in Baden-Württemberg. Regional support is also possible depending on the project Planning and tendering of construction services and services for new buildings as well as renovation and revitalisation measures together with internal and external stakeholders Creation and Accompanying Transformations of Real Estate (Redevelopments) Support in the integration of the Mileway ESG strategy Coordination with current and potential tenants (Fit-out) in cooperation with the Asset Management Team Accrual Report update and communication Ensure that financial information is compiled for audits and that cost assurance processes are complied with

Preferred qualifications Experience in fire protection planning and implementation of appropriate measures Experience in ESG design, planning and implementation of appropriate measures Confidence with tools like Yardi, Basware and Budget vs Update Tools Your profile At least one bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, building management, real estate management or a comparable technical or property-related degree course A strong technical track record with about 5+ years of experience. Here you have accompanied urban logistics and industrial development projects from the pre-development phase through permits, tenders and implementation until the final handover Relevant experience at construction sites, across all phases of planning and implementation Excellent planning, organization and communication skills Strong analytical skills as well as pleasure in problem solutions and hand-on mentality Flowing German and English skills
