This permanent part-time job (30 hours per week) is paid according to EC 11 TVöD or A 11 LBesG NRW.

Personnel training for collectively employed and civilized teachers and other school workers Management of the job plan for 56 primary schools in cooperation with school supervision Collection and evaluation of personnel data for personnel planning and steering Advising school management, school supervisors and teachers in all personal questions Cooperation with the Staff Council, the Equal Representative and the Disabled Representative

Completed degree Bachelor of Laws, Diploma Administration or Administration Official of the Higher Service Safety and experience in labour, tariff and civil matters are desirable Good knowledge of collective bargaining (TV-L, LBG and LPVG) is desirable Organizational talent with a high degree of autonomy, negotiation skills and persistence Analytical, strategic and holistic thinking as well as affinity for numbers Proactive working style and a high degree of social competence as well as empathy coupled with a high solution orientation
