Karl-Jaspers-Klinik in Bad Mittelahn is a hospital certified according to DIN ISO 9001 for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics with full care contract for the counties Ammerland, Vechta, Oldenburg, Cloppenburg, Wittmund and Wesermarsch as well as for the cities of Delmenhorst and Oldenburg. Currently, the hospital has 611 fully-stationary beds in 6 clinics and 84 semi-stationary places in 5 day clinics. As one of the largest employers in the region, we are currently employing approx. 1,100 employees of a wide variety of professional groups. We are looking for 1.02.2026 for our Clinic for Forensic Psychiatrics and Psychotherapy for a medical/industrial assistant (m/w/d) in parttime (19.25 week hours). The Clinic for Forensic Youth Psychiatry and Psychotherapy has two stations with a total of 24 beds. The accommodated patients are accommodated between fourteen and a maximum of twenty-four years old and on a criminal basis (sections 63, 64 StGB, 126a StPO) under the Youth Court Act.

Date management (including coordination of in- and external patient appointments in coordination with the stations) Administrative assistance (including documentation of appointments/conferences) Communication and interface management (including central contact person for in- and external positions in terms of appointment management) Organisation and structure (including support for hospital-internal projects) The administrative assistance is included in the station processes
