Product Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Your working day at Brüggen: You develop new recipes and product ideas according to customer requirements and IFS standard. You check product specifications and accompany production and storage tests. External laboratories are responsible for nutritional and quality analyses. Existing recipes are ideal for sales and customers. Market trends you analyze and compare Brüggen products with the competition. You work closely with technology, production, quality, sales, purchasing and suppliers. You test and validate new raw materials, as well as transfer recipes between works. You will present your development results including tastings and document project progress.

That's what distinguishes you: You can teach a study of food technology, food chemistry, food science or a comparable qualification. You have already worked with software like SAP, SAP-RD, CRM, Qlik and MS Office. You carry out projects independently. Good communication skills and team spirit characterize you. You're bringing readiness. Creativity and passion for new products are driving you. Flexibility and enforcement skills complete your profile. You speak fluent English (min. B2).
