In short, → You make breakfast and lunch a really good experience. I'm sorry. You make sure that breakfast is not simply “da” but really good: warm, cold, fresh and always on the point. You give a face to the lunch: daily dishes, salads, soups, light hot dishes – thoughtful, delicious, uncomplicated. You keep breakfast and lunch service running before getting hot. You lead Commis, Chefs and Kitchen Aids with clarity, tranquility and team spirit. You have a good sense of goods flow and costs. We do ordering according to needs, not according to abdominal feeling. You make sure that quality and presentation remain consistently high, even if it burns. You've got hygiene and HACCP under control without anyone noticeing it. You know what's in the warehouse, what needs to be reordered and are responsible for food. You help build the kitchen team, create structures and make everyday life better.
