Senior Expert ECA Financing (m/f/d)

Maintaining and expanding relations with export credit agencies and other relevant state institutions to ensure financing and investment support for customer projects Main address for all questions concerning export credit instruments of the German export credit agency Euler Hermes Supporting Project Finance projects through the development, negotiation and implementation of tailor-made solutions for the use of ECA coverage in complex project structures in interaction with Euler Hermes and internal and external stakeholders Representing the interests of the company in expert bodies dealing with export guarantees and other relevant financing aids Contact person for relevant German ministries on financing issues in close cooperation with the Governance Affairs department Provision of expertise on investment guarantees and their implementation for investment Management and possible extension of existing ECA instruments for contractual guarantees

Successfully completed studies in law, with an additional qualification in Corporate Finance Experience gained in cooperation with export credit agencies (ECAs), in particular with Euler Hermes export credit guarantees Multiannual professional experience in a global industrial group or financial services Extensive expertise in investment guarantees and their application in international project environments / project financing Experience in building resilient networks in the field of credit insurance in Germany and in the context of ministries Ability to act as a central contact person for ECA financing in a global corporate organisation and to inform C-level, department and global business units Impressed analytical and problem-solving skills Talent to build and implement solutions in complex problems Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities across all organisational stages and external partners Openness, paired with independent and structured working Fast conception and flexibility German and English skills
