Inhouse Consultant / Product Owner SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d) Unlimited in full time

You shape the digital HR processes of tomorrow. As Product Owner of our modules Success Factors Employee Central and/or Recruiting, you will ensure efficient and smooth HR operations and make them fit for the future.

In the HR Systems team, you work at the interface between HR, IT and specialist areas. Together, you support the digital transformation of the GLS and improve the everyday life of our employees through digital HR tools.

You are responsible for Employee Central and/or Recruiting in SuccessFactors You control the entire lifecycle – from request intake to release management to implementation You configure and optimize the modules (business rules, workflows, permissions) You secure stable integrations to adjacent systems You are the central contact person for HR, departments and IT and prioritize requirements for a clear roadmap You continuously improve the user experience for employees and executives You ask for knowledge transfer to key users You can support other projects and rollouts (e.g. Payroll or Time Tracking) if required

Multiannual experience with SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. as Consultant, Product Owner or Inhouse Consultant), ideally focusing on Employee Central and/or Recruiting Understanding integrations and interfaces (e.g. IAM, planning tools) Experience in working according to product principles (Ownership, Priorization, Stakeholder Management) Extensive sense of responsibility for your topics Ability to develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions Nice-to-have: Experience with other modules (Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking)
