Technical Lead Softwareentwicklung (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership of sophisticated software development projects and combine technical know-how with a structured project management. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and are the key player for customers, development teams and other stakeholders. You ensure that technical quality, project objectives and customer requirements are implemented equally successfully. You develop software solutions based on modern technologies such as Java (e.g. Spring, Hibernate) and Angular and work with a modern development environment as well as CI/CD pipelines based on GitLab and GitLab CI. You design sophisticated software architectures and take into account both functional and non-functional requirements. You accompany the entire product life cycle – from UX design to software development to DevOps – and ensure a high level of acceptance of solutions in IT departments and end users. You use modern AI-based tools (e.g. for analysis, documentation, code generation or quality assurance) responsibly to increase efficiency and quality.

Multiannual professional experience in the management or technical control of software development projects Completed study with STEM focus or comparable training Finded experience in object-oriented software development (ideally Java / Spring Boot) as well as good knowledge of front-end development (Ideally Angular) Experience in software architecture design and with clean code and modern development standards Experience in requirements engineering and the design and documentation of complex software solutions Embossed communication and moderation capabilities in handling customers and project teams Structured, solution-oriented operation and high quality standards Own initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and English
