Your duties Preparing, implementing and on-time settlement of monthly wage and salary bills Installation, maintenance and updating of personal master data, working time accounts and missing times in the SAGE programme settlement of statutory notifications (DEV notifications) as well as proof of contribution for health insurance and social security institutions Creation of work certificates, proofs of remuneration and requests (e.g. for sickness or maternity benefit) First contact point for employees, health insurance companies, financial offices and authorities on questions relating to wage tax and social security Direct contact person for the employees of your serviced GmbH in all questions related to the charge

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk, personnel officer or tax specialist) Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of pay billing or wage accounting Funded and up-to-date knowledge in pay tax and social security law Secure handling of MS-Office (in particular Exel) and common wage billing software (e.g. SAGE) High numerical affinity, pronounced reliability, absolute discretion and careful operation Excellent communication skills and social competence A healthy portion of humor
