The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. We accompany around 9,300 students in more than 70 courses on their educational path. THWS' HR Service (HSPE) is the first point of contact for all staff matters of our employees and an important partner for the management of higher education in implementing personnel measures. Currently we have to occupy the following two places: Higher education staff Manager (m/d) in full or part-time Application code: 35.1.772 The two bodies shall be occupied at the earliest possible date, the place of service shall be located in Würzburg or Schweinfurt and shall be individually defined at the beginning of the employment. We can offer a setting with the following conditions:

1. limited for 1 year and full-time (40 hours/week)
2. limited for 2 years and part-time (20 hours/week) An extension is possible in principle for both positions.

As part of our team, you take care of the associate staff, such as assistants, tutors, lecturers or guest supervisors, and cover a wide range of personal duties, including: Careful examination of recruitment documents in accordance with legal regulations and internal guidelines. Creation of recruitment documents including signature-ready contracts and the input of relevant data into our personal software. Review of the remuneration based on internal guidelines and providing information within the framework of our internal requirements.
