Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team Implementation, optimization and further development of all controlling processes Creation of monthly reporting (budget reports, cash flow, forecasting as well as comments for internal stakeholders) Creation and coordination of monthly and annual accounts as well as external reporting obligations in the healthcare sector (e.g. testates, reports, hospital statistics) Establishment of internal business planning for all companies in the regions East and West Support for other areas, such as budget negotiations Creating sound business cases including action tracking Close cooperation with other departments within the group

Complete studies in the field of business management, controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare / hospital environment First leadership experience or strong potential to take over a management function Very good knowledge of reporting, planning and completion Analytical strength, strategic thinking and pronounced communication skills Safe handling of controlling tools and MS Office, especially Excel
