Automotive Non-Technical Trainer & Projektleiter (m/f/d)

Job Title: Automotive Non-Technical Trainer und Location: Erlensee, Hanau, Region Frankfurt, Germany Working hours: 40 hours

POSITION

You have already gained some years of experience in sales in German car trade and want to use your knowledge and skills to help others achieve their goals and career wishes in the industry? Then you might be interested in looking for a motivated person who can train both the topics of products, sales processes and business skills and can independently guide various training projects for our Japanese customer in Germany. Experience in mentoring, coaching or especially in training itself is a huge plus. Place of use is Erlensee bei Frankfurt

We're looking for someone to support our training team there.

Tasks:

Planning and implementation of non-technical training with a focus on passenger cars, in particular new model presentations, sales techniques and personality development Execution of training in both presence and virtual format (e.g. via teams, zoom, Adobe or comparable platforms) Conception and development of training content and documents (participants, worksheets, trainer guides, presentations) Adaptation and continuous updating of training materials for the German market Preparation and organization of training (incl. on and off, preparation of training vehicles, and materials etc.) Project management for training projects and coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers Planning, implementation and further development of qualification programmes of the AutoBerufe group (e.g. GAV, GMV, GSVA) Ideally: performing technical and non-technical trainings in the field of motorcycles

Experience in the automotive industry with clear focus on cars Experience in sales (e.g. as sales consultant or sales manager) and good understanding of service processes Experience in performing or organizing training, ideally in the field of non-technical trainings Motorcycle skills as well as technical training competence are advantageous, but no requirement License Kat. B

Language skills:

German: Mother tongue English: Very good English knowledge (minimum C1)
