For our customers HENSOLDT Optronics, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for an industrial mechanic (w/m/d) / mechatronic (w/m/d) for the Oberkochen site at the next possible time as part of the transfer of employees with takeover option. They are responsible, inter alia, for the examination of the orders for completeness and accuracy, if necessary for clarification of existing inconsistencies. You are also responsible for the independent assembly of complex sub- and main sub-assemblies according to the production documents. Following tasks await you:

• Examination of orders for completeness and accuracy, if necessary clarification of existing inconsistencies
• Self-employed assembly of complex sub- and main sub-assemblies according to the production documents
• Self-responsible final assembly and adjustment of the overall device
• Cleaning of optical surfaces and equipment
• Conducting wiring, soldering and adhesive work
• Conducting intermediate tests according to specified specifications, testing the interaction of individual components and assemblies and performing readjustments
• Decrease of finished devices
• Capacity and order planning in close coordination / cooperation with colleagues and team leader
• Implementation of quality assurance and documentation of the entire production and acceptance processes
• Cooperation with development, design and project management on technical topics

We wish:

• Vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the assembly of optical and/or mechanical devices
• Knowledge of working with fine mechanical, electronic and optical parts and assemblies
• soldering and adhesive skills, as well as a very good technical understanding
• Self-employed working and team skills
• High learning readiness and durability
• Excellent performance and quality awareness
• German and English language skills
• Tools: MS-Office, SAP
