We are looking for a dedicated specialist for children's and youth medicine at the closest possible time. a dedicated specialist in pediatric and youth medicine (m/w/d) with the aim of acquiring the additional name of child ephrology. The written position is also specifically aimed at advanced assistant physicians: both at the end of their specialist training with particular interest in child ephrology.
These are your tasks:
- outpatient and stationary care of children and adolescents with nephrological diseases
- Diagnostics and therapy of the entire spectrum of paediatric nephrology
- Working with all renal replacement methods including peritoneal dialysis, intermittent hemodialysis, continuous extracorporeal renal replacement (CKRT) and therapeutic aperitonesis
- Patient care before and after renal transplantation
- Working in the interdisciplinary care of children and adolescents with neurogenic bladder functional disorders including urotherapeutic support
- close cooperation with children's intensive medicine, child surgery, neuropaediatrics, neurosurgery, the social paediatric centre, human genetics, nutritional advice and other paediatric disciplines
- Participation in the nephrological call service after appropriate incorporation.
