Further information: www.finn.com Your role As an employee:in damage and repair control (m/w/d), you support our team to provide the best possible care for customers in case of damage. You help coordinate repairs, keep an overview of cases, and make sure that our vehicles are ready for use again quickly. You work closely with experienced colleagues: both inside and our external damage management partner and learn how professional vehicle and damage management works at FINN step by step.

Your goalsKund: Keeping in mind: You support in the event of damage, coordinate repairs and work closely with our external damage management partner, our insurance and our lawyers, so that everything is done quickly and easily. Vehicle & Process Coordination: You keep an overview of our fleet and make sure that repairs are carried out and vehicles are returned to the road. Service-oriented case processing: You get involved when it comes to making processes easier and clearer. Teamwork & Growth: You support our team in finding measures to keep our customers' experiences on a top level even with increasing fleet size.

Your profileIdeally first experience in service consulting or service assistance (workshop experience welcome). Complete training in the motor vehicle environment (e.g. motor vehicle mechatronics:in or automobile businessmen) or insurance businessmen focusing on damage regulation. Advantage: Experience with ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce). Structured working and pleasure in keeping an overview. Pleasure to deal with problems in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner. Very good German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (B1).
