You advise customers:inside technical and phone, and in writing 1st and 2nd level support You enter and process qualified customer requests by phone and email You analyze and solve technical problems of customers: You actively support sales outside services in customer projects and supply processes You prepare offers and work them in close cooperation with the sales department When you identify customer needs, you can also develop suitable technical solutions

You have a degree as a technician:in, radio and television technician:in or a study in the field of electrical engineering / electronics / high-frequency technology or comparable You have at least 1 year experience in technical sales, support or handling measuring instruments You are a team You have technical passion and a pronounced customer orientation with hands-on mentality and work independently You're sure to use phone and email communication You have good knowledge of German and English and have first experiences in dealing with AI
