Hotel professionals serve guests before, during and after their stay. Hotel professionals plan workflows at the hotel, serve and advise hotel guests and ensure their well-being. In doing so, hotel professionals in all departments of a hotel are hand-made. For example, You direct the guest rooms and control them, serve in the restaurant and work in the kitchen. You are also trained in shopping, reception and reservation. In the end, you're an all-rounder.

The duration of training is three years.
