It's waiting for you Building projects – You advise and support our clients in all technical and economic aspects of the development, planning and realization of their real estate and construction projects. These include organisational and process consulting, construction controlling, construction revision as well as project analyses and audits. You will also have the opportunity to actively shape the development and implementation of new digital solutions for the more efficient implementation of projects. Sustainability – As part of the development of sustainability strategies, ESG certifications and consulting of project developments and existing buildings, you contribute to promoting sustainability in the construction and real estate sector. In the analysis of technical building conditions, for example as part of a technical due diligence, you play an essential role in identifying structural and technical risks. Teamwork – In interdisciplinary project teams, you advise both developers from industry, industry, housing and the public sector as well as contractors, project developers and investors in real estate projects.
