Technology Strategy: You develop and implement a technology strategy in the fields of electronics and digital products in line with the respective product lines. Innovation Management: You identify technology-driven innovation potentials and consistently promote their implementation. Technical and disciplinary management: You guide and support your area, promote and continuously develop your team leaders. Organisational development: You are responsible for the medium and long-term human, methodological and process strategy development in coordination with the overall management of electronics development. Resource and investment planning: You actively participate in the development department's capacity, resource and investment planning to ensure optimal project implementation. International cooperation: You work in international bodies and introduce technological impulses.

Studies: You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification. Software development: You bring several years of experience in agile software development. Leadership experience: You have ideally already gained experience in a leading position. Language skills: You have very good English knowledge in word and writing. Strategic thinking: You are characterized by strategic and process-related thinking. Entrepreneurship: You meet decisions responsibly, economically and solution-oriented. Personal strength: You understand motivating teams and continuously developing them.
