We, Phi-Stone AG, produce high purity zinc oxide with unique morphology at our production site in Flintbek – a material with increasing relevance for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. Senior Controller (d/m/w) in full time (37,5 hours/week), location Mielkendorf

Reporting & Accounting: You are responsible for the preparation of regular reports (acquisition and liquidity) as well as the balance sheets (month, quarter, year) incl. Analysis reports for management and department management. KPIs & Planning: You develop meaningful key figures (KPIs) and create forecasts as well as ad hoc simulations for corporate planning. Cost-effectiveness analyses: You carry out cost-effectiveness calculations and strategic analyses. Process optimization: You drive forward the further development and optimization of the processes and structures in accounting and controlling. External Accounting & Interfaces: You take responsibility for external accounting, are an interface to accounting as well as contact persons (d/m/w) for tax advisors:inside, auditors:inside, banks and other external service providers. Funding & Advice: You request funding incl. Coordination with institutions and continuously advise the Executive Board on financial issues.

You have completed commercial training with a further training e.g. to the account holder (d/m/w) or an economic studies. You bring several years of professional experience in finance and/or controlling. You have sound expertise in operational financial management and regulatory requirements (e.g. HGB, IFRS). You are characterized by analytical thinking, mathematics understanding and problem solving. Structured and independent work and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile. You are safe in dealing with MS Office and DATEV and have fluent German knowledge in word and writing.
