Contract management clerk in the healthcare sector in Hamburg (m/f/d)

Our rehaVital headquarters in Hamburg consists of a team of about 45 employees: in addition to supporting more than 130 member companies at more than 1,000 locations in their daily work. With over 30 years of experience, we are one of the largest groups in the German medical aid market. Our members are mainly medical specialist shops and health companies, which are found under the joint umbrella brand rehaVital despite their independent appearance. For them we offer services in communication with the health insurance companies, negotiate with these supply contracts, act for all rehaVital members purchase conditions with the supplier partners, support in billing, make us also at political level strong for the concerns of our members and for the entire auxiliary industry and offer up-to-date solutions for the digitalization of the industry. As a market leader, we set standards when it comes to contracts with health insurance companies, innovative supply models and digitalization in the aid market. In order to support our Health Insurance Management department, we are looking for you in full time (40 hours/week) as contract manager:in (m/w/d).

Creation and maintenance of contractual representations in our contractual data management system (VDMS) and administration of the VDMS Documentation of new announcements / contracts on the rehaVital platform including creation of news contributions Examination of contract offers (in particular system-side feasibility) Consultation of members in the implementation of the contract and other questions on contracts clarification of problems in relation to sickness funds and members Creation and updating of work aids Search for new contract publications of cost-holders Information acquisition internally and externally System-side data evaluations and preparation

Completed training as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, businesswoman in healthcare, industrial clerk or similar commercial training Safe handling of common office programs, especially Excel Knowledge of products from the health insurance or medical care insurance sector is also advantageous as knowledge of the industry-standard ERP systems (e.g. Noventi, TopM, Acriba) Self-conscient, conscientious and structured operation Team skills Very great customer orientation, confident appearance and fun in communication with internal and external partners
