Own acquisition of new tenants for our housing stock Creation of professional rental exotics taking into account current market and rental price developments Active support of interested parties from initial contact to successful conclusion of the contract Planning, coordination and implementation of housing visits Implementation of measures to reduce the gap and increase profitability Examination and processing of rental documents Close cooperation with our technical and commercial teams and external service providers Implementation of administrative tasks as part of the rental process Maintenance of data and documentation in the systems used

You have a successfully completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification. Alternatively several years of professional experience in real estate rental, real estate management or housing Experience in caring for tenants and in the rental process of residential properties Safe handling of MS Office applications Ideal knowledge of SAP Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Customer and service-oriented appearance Commercial understanding and economic thinking Structured, independent operation Joy in cooperation in a dedicated team
